Employment law, employment matters, collective bargaining and HR management is one of Randl Partners' two main specialisations. Our aim is to create a place where employers and employees will find reliable and well-balanced legal advice on all aspects of employment law and HR management, at the highest level of expertise. Years of working for professionals in this field have taught us how to combine legal expertise with the practical needs of our clients.
We have created a complete spectrum of employment law support for our clients, from routine counselling and preparation of all employment law documents, to urgent telephone and e-mail advice, to training and regularly publishing news of changes in employment law.

Members of the Employment Law Team
The employment law team is headed by Natasa Randlova, Partner. Natasa cooperates closely with Attorney Romana Kaletova, Associates Dasa Aradska, Ondrej Chlada and Barbora Sucha. The team is completed with two legal clerks already experienced in employment law - Lucie Horejsi and Katerina Benasova. All members of the team are fully specialised in employment law. They provide our clients with comprehensive legal services covering the entire spectrum of employment law in Czech and English, and eventually in German.
Our activities
In order to reach our goals, we concentrate on intensive specialisation in employment law and on the provision of extraordinary supplementary services to our clients, such as preparation of employment law updates, organisation of workshops, seminars, etc. Information about our prepared events can always be found on our web pages in the Events section.
Members of Randl Partners' employment law team also publish their opinions in numerous papers focusing on employment law. Our articles or interviews can be found in the Publication section.
Furthermore, we actively contribute to the work done by employment law associations, such as the Association for Collective Bargaining and Employment Law Relationships (AKV), Czech Society for Human Resources Development (CSRLZ) the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) or the International Bar Association (IBA), as well as to the drafting of new employment law legal regulations. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MPSV) appointed Natasa Randlova to its Expert Panel for the preparation of amendments to the Labour Code, as well as a mediator for collective bargaining claims.
Ranking
The Randl Partners' employment law team has been frequently recognised by important international and Czech competitions and legal publications. PLC Which Lawyer? Yearbook 2011 ranked Randl Partners as a leading firm in labour and employee benefits and the publication Chambers Europe 2011 placed Randl Partners in Band 1 of the employment law firms in the Czech Republic. In 2009 and 2010 Randl Partners was chosen LAW FIRM OF THE YEAR in the Employment law category for the Czech Republic. The same appreciation was received by the team in the international competition ACQ Country Awards 2010.
The Expert Guides' "Guide to the World's Leading Labour and Employment Lawyers 2009" names Natasa Randlova among the best employment lawyers in the world and she is also listed in the 2010 "Women in Business Law" guide. Global Law Experts, which promotes just one exclusive lawyer in each practice area for each country, selected Natasa Randlova as an expert in labour and employment law for the Czech Republic. Chambers Europe, Practical Law Company, Best Lawyers and Who's Who Legal also repeatedly recognise Natasa as a legal expert in the area of employment law. Natasa Randlova was also recognised as Lawyer of the year 2007.
